Tarra Mandel is a dual board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with over 15 years of diverse healthcare experience across multiple clinical settings, including cardiothoracic and transplant surgery as well as cerebrovascular and cardiac care. Her work in high-acuity environments reinforced her understanding of the association between physical and mental health, ultimately guiding her path toward becoming a PMHNP. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), she remains committed to lifelong learning and to advancing the quality of mental health care for her patients.

Telehealth
All appointments are virtual. Sessions take place through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform, allowing us to meet in a safe, confidential setting within the state of California.
Referrals
We may refer online and in person therapy, neurocognitive and diagnostic testing.
